These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform and rental services for luxury vehicles, BMW cars, sports cars, exotic car experiences, and chauffeur services. 1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the vehicle rental services provided by Dune Drive Rentals, including the rental of BMW cars, sports cars, luxury vehicles, exotic car experiences, and chauffeur services.
• "Vehicle" refers to any car, including BMW models, sports cars, or other luxury vehicles rented or offered for rental by Dune Drive Rentals.
• "Renter," "You," or "Your" refers to the individual or entity making a booking or utilizing the Service.
• "Dune Drive Rentals," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Dune Drive Rentals, operating from unnamed road, UK, Ireland.

2. Eligibility for Rental

To rent a Vehicle from Dune Drive Rentals, you must:

• Be at least 25 years of age (this may vary for specific luxury or exotic vehicles).
• Possess a valid, full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years, free from major endorsements. International renters must hold an International Driving Permit alongside their national license.
• Provide proof of identity and address (e.g., passport, utility bill).
• Agree to a security deposit, which will be specified at the time of booking and vary depending on the Vehicle.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made through our online platform or by contacting us directly. A confirmed booking constitutes acceptance of these terms. Full payment for the rental period and any additional services must be made in advance or upon vehicle collection. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our platform. The security deposit will be authorized or charged at vehicle collection.

4. Rental Period and Vehicle Use

• The rental period is specified in your booking confirmation. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• Vehicles must only be driven by the Renter and any additional drivers formally declared and approved by Dune Drive Rentals.
• Vehicles are not permitted for racing, off-roading, or any illegal activities.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated.
• Mileage limits may apply to certain vehicles or rental agreements. Excess mileage will be charged at a predetermined rate.

5. Insurance and Liability

All Vehicles are supplied with comprehensive insurance. The Renter is responsible for any excess outlined in the rental agreement, which is typically covered by the security deposit. In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, you must inform Dune Drive Rentals immediately and provide full details. Failure to comply may invalidate the insurance coverage and result in the Renter being liable for the full cost of damages.

6. Vehicle Condition and Return

You must inspect the Vehicle thoroughly upon collection and report any existing damage. The Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as collected, fair wear and tear accepted, and with the fuel level as specified in the rental agreement. Any new damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the Renter.

7. Chauffeur Services

When booking chauffeur services, the Renter agrees to the specified itinerary and duration. Any changes or extensions to the service must be agreed upon with Dune Drive Rentals in advance and may incur additional charges.

8. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of Vehicle and the notice period provided. Details will be specified at the time of booking. Generally, cancellations made closer to the rental date may incur charges. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Service, you consent to such processing.

10. Governing Law
